WCALA membership is a district level enrollment. With one small fee, every fine and performing art educator in your district gains access to the wide range of benefits being a member of our organization affords. Membership fees are scaled based on the student enrollment for each district to ensure that all of the fine and performing arts programs in our area have equitable access to our organization. As an organization dedicated to the professional development of music, dance, visual art, and theater professionals, the low cost of membership is also eligible to be processed through the BOCES Arts in Education Program.
